WONK is seeking dedicated Academic Counsellors to join our team. In this role, you’ll guide parents in booking one-on-one tutors for their children and support them throughout their academic journey.

What You’ll Do:

- Talk to parents on phone calls (both incoming and outgoing) and help them understand our tutoring services

- Listen to what the child needs in academics and suggest the right tutoring program

- Build comfort and trust with parents by explaining things clearly and answering questions patiently

- Encourage parents to enroll by communicating well and helping them make decisions

- Keep clear notes of every call, follow-up, and parent conversation

- Work with the academic and operations teams to make sure students start their classes smoothly

- Meet your monthly counselling and enrollment goals.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–3 years of experience in counselling, inside sales, or EdTech roles.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to connect empathetically with parents.

- Strong understanding of student learning needs and a solution-oriented approach.

- Target-driven, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
