SALARY: ₹25,000 - ₹70,000 Fixed Pay (Per Month) + High-Yield Uncapped Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Academic Counselor, you will be the face of Postedu, guiding ambitious working professionals towards their ideal career paths.

Make outbound calls to warm, prospective students and working professionals interested in Upskilling.

Understand student aspirations and counsel them on suitable NMIMS online courses, eligibility, and career options.

Build strong rapport with prospective learners, handling inbound inquiries professionally and maintaining a consistent follow-up pipeline.

Network Building, Drive referrals and references through your successfully enrolled student networks.

Partner closely with internal admissions and support teams to provide a seamless onboarding experience for students.

Who We Are Looking For?

Experience- 1-5 years of experience in Sales, Academic Counseling, Inside Sales or B2C Tele-Sales.

Location Preference- Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai are highly preferred.

Skills- Exceptional verbal communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a career driven mindset.
