Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and articulate Academic Relations Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions. The role involves visiting campuses, conducting seminars and presentations, and acting as the key point of contact between the organization and academic partners. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in English, presentable, and comfortable interacting with students, faculty, and institutional authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, colleges, and universities to conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with academic institutions and key stakeholders
Represent the organization professionally during campus visits and academic events
Coordinate with principals, directors, professors, placement officers, and administrators
Plan and execute academic outreach programs and engagement activities
Communicate clearly and effectively with students and faculty in English
Gather feedback from institutions and share insights with internal teams
Maintain records of visits, meetings, and outreach activities
Support student engagement, awareness, and counseling initiatives as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities
Graduate degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or Communications preferred)
Confident, professional, and approachable personality
Willingness to travel to schools and colleges
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
