Salary Range – 30k to 35k /month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Academic Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right offline upskilling programs. The role involves understanding learners’ academic backgrounds and career goals, counselling them on suitable courses, and supporting them throughout the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Counsel students regarding offline as well as online programs

· Understand student profiles, career aspirations, and skill gaps

· Provide accurate information about course structure, curriculum, and outcomes

· Assist students through the admission and enrolment process

· Follow up with interested leads and maintain counselling records

· Coordinate with faculty and operations teams for learner support

· Work towards enrolment and conversion targets

· Ensure a positive and professional counselling experience

Eligibility & Requirements:

· Must be a graduate (any stream)

· Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Academic Counsellor in the education sector

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to explain academic concepts and career pathways clearly

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel (student data, follow-ups, reports)

· Experience in counselling for technical or professional courses is preferred

· Basic CRM knowledge is an advantage

· Willingness to work from the Chandigarh Centre
