Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in Noida. The role involves guiding prospective students through the application process for various educational programs. Responsibilities include providing personalized counseling, addressing inquiries about courses, assisting candidates in selecting suitable programs, and managing admissions-related documentation. The Admission Counselor will also collaborate with teams to meet enrollment targets and enhance the student experience through exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with diverse individuals

• Customer Service expertise with the ability to address inquiries and resolve concerns professionally

• Sales experience to guide prospective students and achieve enrollment targets

• Knowledge of the education sector and an understanding of course offerings

• Highly organized with excellent time management skills

• Proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools
