We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales / Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales, with the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls and effectively communicate with potential students.
In this role, you will be responsible for counselling students and assisting them with admissions for aviation training programs .
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and inquiries
Generate leads and follow up on existing leads
Provide detailed information about aviation training programs
Counsel students regarding Pilot & Cabin Crew career opportunities
Handle customer queries in a professional manner
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and admissions in CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales / Telecalling / Counselling
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work both independently and in a team
