BrightCHAMPS is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Academic Counsellors who are passionate about guiding students and helping families make informed learning decisions. If you love interacting with people and have strong communication skills, this opportunity is for you!

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents and students from the US market to understand their learning needs.

• Provide detailed counselling about BrightCHAMPS’ programs, curriculum, and learning pathways.

• Conduct product demos and guide potential learners through trial classes.

• Maintain a high conversion rate by effectively handling objections and addressing concerns.

• Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely closure.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer experience.

• Achieve weekly/monthly targets while delivering a great learner experience.

🎯 Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with parents and students.

• Prior experience in sales, counselling, ed-tech, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.

• Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
