About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and confident individual who can sell and pitch career-oriented computer and technical courses to students through cold calling, social media, field visits, and local outreach.

This is a pure incentive-based opportunity — no fixed salary. Earn 5% to 10% commission per course enrollment, with potential to make ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000+ per month depending on your efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively search for potential students via local networking, cold calls, door-to-door visits, and social media.

• Clearly explain course benefits, fees, and career prospects to students and parents.

• Follow up with interested candidates until conversion.

• Maintain daily records of outreach, leads, and enrollments.

• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Strong sales and communication skills (Hindi-speaking must; English is a plus).

• Confident with cold calling, social media outreach, and in-person interactions.

• Ability to build trust and explain course value convincingly.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

• Prior experience in sales/education counselling is a bonus, but not mandatory.
