Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Academic Advisor to guide prospective students through the complete admission journey—from inquiry to enrollment. The role involves counselling students, explaining academic programs, and ensuring a smooth and positive admission experience. If you are passionate about education, enjoy interacting with people, and have strong communication skills, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.

• Counsel prospective students on available courses, eligibility criteria, career opportunities, and admission procedures.

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments through effective communication and counselling.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about academic programs, admission requirements, and institutional policies.

• Assist students with application forms and ensure timely completion of all admission-related documentation.

• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of newly admitted students.

• Participate in admission drives, seminars, education fairs, and promotional events.

• Maintain and update student data, inquiries, and conversions in CRM or database systems.

• Achieve individual and team admission targets within defined timelines.

• Offer post-admission support to ensure a seamless transition for enrolled students.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong presentation and convincing abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet admission targets.

• Customer-centric mindset with a positive and professional attitude.

• Fluency in English and local languages.
