Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students about courses, career options, and study plans
Understand students’ strengths, weaknesses, and interests
Provide information about coaching programs, fees, and schedules
Handle student and parent inquiries (calls, messages, walk-ins)
Maintain student records and follow-up with potential admissions
Motivate students and help solve their academic concerns
Coordinate with teachers and management
Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in educational counseling, student counseling, or ed-tech sales is highly valued.
Excellent verbal and written skills, with strong listening capabilities.
Empathy, patience, and the ability to interact with diverse student populations.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure to achieve targets.
