We are looking for seasoned sales professionals with a passion for education to join our high-impact sales team at our Bengaluru headquarters.
Role: Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales)
Location: UNext Towers, No. 1/1, Swamy Vivekananda Road (Old Madras Rd), Near Trinity Circle, Halasuru, Bengaluru - 560008
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in EdTech Sales (Mandatory)
Salary: Up to ₹46,000 Gross (Approx. ₹42,000 In-Hand)
Note: Candidates can expect a 15–20% hike over their last drawn salary.
Courses: Online UG & PG Degrees (MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, etc.)
Interview Mode: Walk-In / Virtual
Student Admissions: Drive the complete enrollment lifecycle for premium online degree programs.
Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth counseling sessions with working professionals and students to align their career goals with our UG/PG offerings.
Lead Management: Handle high-quality inbound leads and perform outbound follow-ups to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Target Excellence: Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and enrollment targets in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting: Maintain rigorous documentation of leads and conversions in the CRM.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
Experience: Proven track record of at least 12 months in EdTech sales or academic counseling.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to handle high-ticket size sales.
