We are hiring enthusiastic and driven graduates for the role of Academic Counsellor. The role involves counselling students, explaining course offerings, and converting leads into enrollments in a B2C EdTech environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents via calls, chats, and emails
Explain courses, learning formats, pricing, and career benefits
Follow up with leads to drive enrollments and conversions
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up data in CRM systems
Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets
Provide a positive and professional customer experience
Required Skills
Good communication and persuasion skills
Interest in sales, counselling, and education sector
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in EdTech, education sales, or admissions preferred
Freshers are also welcomed
