- Coordinate and support program-related activities across departments.
- Manage class schedules, timetables, examinations, and academic calendars.
- Provide academic and administrative support to faculty and participants.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of classes and program operations.
- Organize workshops, seminars, conferences, guest lectures, and other events.
- Coordinate logistics for visiting faculty, including travel, accommodation, honorarium, and reimbursements.
- Act as a liaison between faculty, participants, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain program records, reports, and documentation.
