Role Overview:

We are looking for a Salesman who will be responsible for assisting customers (retailers/wholesalers), showcasing products, generating sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the store.

• Showcase products and explain fabric, pricing, and offers.

• Build strong relationships with retailers and bulk buyers.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable designs.

• Ensure product displays are attractive and well-organized.

• Handle billing, order booking, and follow-up with clients.

• Maintain daily sales reports and meet sales targets.

• Coordinate with inventory and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales/retail/wholesale (garment sector preferred).

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.

• Ability to convince and close sales effectively.

• Presentable personality with customer-first attitude.

• Basic knowledge of billing and handling payments.

• Team player with discipline and honesty.

Education:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred but not mandatory).
