Job Title: Store Manager
Job Summary:
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and leading, training, and developing a team of style associates to ensure smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed store sales targets by driving consistent sales performance.
Oversee daily store operations and ensure timely reporting.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer loyalty.
Manage inventory, including stock control, ordering, regular stock audits, and reporting to the warehouse.
Maintain excellent store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Train, motivate, coach, and provide regular feedback to team members to improve performance and service quality.
Prepare employee schedules, conduct performance reviews, and identify hiring and training requirements.
Ensure effective store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage control.
Handle administrative tasks such as expense management, monthly reports, and compliance checklists.
Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is fully functional, compliant, and presentable.
Resolve employee and customer issues, including complaints and grievances, and take corrective actions.
Ensure all employees comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Candidate Profile:
PUC/Intermediate/Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail fashion industry, or
Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail fashion industry.
At least 1 year of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager managing a team of 6 or more members.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
