We are looking for a highly responsible, motivated, and hands-on Store Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our food outlet. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, punctual, and professionally presented, with a strong sense of ownership and a genuine commitment to maintaining our brand’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations & Leadership
Take full ownership of the outlet’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Supervise and coordinate the kitchen and front-of-house team to maintain high levels of service, quality, and hygiene.
Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed for food prep, service, cleanliness, and customer handling.
Handle customer interactions with professionalism and resolve complaints promptly and positively.
Team Management
Lead by example and foster a team culture based on respect, accountability, and teamwork.
Train and guide new team members on processes, roles, and responsibilities.
Manage shift schedules, task assignments, and ensure the team operates cohesively during peak hours.
Cleanliness, Hygiene & Safety
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times across the store.
Oversee the proper handling, storage, and disposal of food items and kitchen waste.
Regularly inspect kitchen and service areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
Inventory & Supply Management
Monitor stock levels of ingredients, packaging, and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and restocking.
Supervise receiving, checking, and organizing of deliveries as per guidelines.
Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage and rotation of stock.
Billing & Cash Management
Oversee billing operations, manage the cash counter, and ensure accurate transactions and reporting.
Maintain daily sales records and report to the management team.
Customer Service
Ensure every customer is greeted warmly and served promptly.
Manage customer feedback and implement improvements wherever necessary.
Requirements:
Previous experience in managing a food outlet or QSR is preferred.
Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Must be proactive, dependable, and calm under pressure.
Should be willing to step into any role as needed – from cashiering to kitchen support during rush hours.
A quick learner with a growth mindset, eager to improve and grow with the brand.
Experience: 2-5 Years
Salary: Rs.22,000/- per month onwards.
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
LOCATION: Can be placed in tricity area, according to the requirement.
Probation Period: 6(Six) Months
