Naqāshi is hiring a responsible and target-driven Store Manager for our Chikankari retail outlet in Aminabad. The candidate must be confident in handling customers, managing staff, and driving strong daily sales.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle tough negotiations and all types of customers in Aminabad.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism among staff
Keep the store neat, clean, organised, and presentable
Supervise product display, stock rotation, and merchandise arrangement
Train the sales team and improve their performance
Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and reporting
Resolve customer issues politely and efficiently
Share daily updates and sales reports with the owner
Retail store management experience (ethnic wear preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented
Ability to maintain a smooth and positive store environment
