Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain stock of all project materials, tools, and consumables at the store or site.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials as per purchase orders.

• Issue materials to site teams based on approved indent and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials to avoid damage or loss.

• Conduct periodic stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and submit inventory reports.

• Coordinate with procurement and accounts for GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material return, and billing documentation.

• Maintain digital and manual inventory registers and stock reports.

• Monitor material consumption vs. project progress and alert for shortages or wastage.

• Implement and maintain material tracking systems for multiple ongoing projects.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Diploma in Material Management, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in store/inventory management for construction, fabrication, or production setups.

• Strong knowledge of material identification, handling, and documentation.

• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of ERP or inventory software is a plus.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
