Salary : Up to 70K
Location : Parbhani and Udgir (Maharastra)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the fashion showroom

• Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance

• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store hygiene

• Handle customer queries and ensure a premium shopping experience

• Coordinate with suppliers and management for stock and promotions

• Maintain daily sales reports and manage billing processes

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a fashion retail store

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences

• Proficient in store operations and POS systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
