Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Store Keeper / Warehouse Executive to manage inventory, procurement, and warehouse operations. The role requires flexible working hours, including being available whenever operational needs arise. Responsibilities include material procurement, inventory control, packing, loading/unloading, and supporting project teams for timely material delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates.
Handle material procurement from the market as per project requirements.
Ensure proper storage, packing, and labeling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
Manage loading, unloading, and dispatch of materials to project sites.
Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages to the management.
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and project teams for timely delivery.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse.
Be available for flexible working hours to meet urgent operational requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Education: 10th/12th/Graduate (Any discipline)
Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse/store management (interior/civil industry preferred).
Knowledge of basic inventory management and material handling practices.
Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting, loading, and unloading.
Two-wheeler license preferred for market procurement.
Preferred Skills:
Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge for stock tracking.
Familiarity with construction/interior materials and hardware.
Good communication and vendor negotiation skills.
