Maintain store cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards. Coordinate with suppliers for smooth delivery of stock. Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage store personnel. Create work schedules and conduct performance reviews. Address employee conflicts and provide coaching. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and maintain reports on inventory and staff performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
