The Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning, proper inventory management, staff supervision, and excellent customer service. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Supervise daily store operations including sales, stock management, and visual merchandising.
Ensure accurate inventory control — stock receipt, storage, and timely replenishment.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Manage store staff — scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and motivation.
Maintain high standards of customer service and handle escalations or complaints efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company operational guidelines.
Coordinate with the Head Office for stock requirements, promotions, and reporting.
Maintain proper documentation, billing accuracy, and daily sales reports.
Oversee cash management — cash deposits, reconciliation, and petty cash records.
Conduct periodic stock audits and minimize shrinkage and pilferage.
