Customer Assistance:
Greet and assist customers with products, orders, and inquiries.
Support café staff in serving beverages, snacks, or packed items.
Help customers carry items or packages when needed.
Store Operations:
Refill and arrange stock neatly on shelves and displays.
Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including café tables, counters, and aisles.
Ensure products are properly labeled and priced.
Assist with unpacking, sorting, and storing deliveries.
Café Support:
Help prepare and serve basic café items (under supervision).
Clean tables, counters, utensils, and food prep areas.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Report low-stock items to the supervisor promptly.
Participate in stock counting and inventory checks.
Handle items carefully to avoid damage or waste.
Other Duties:
Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the manager.
