Role Overview

We are hiring a responsible and hands-on Store Executive to manage daily operations at our laundry store. The role includes customer handling, billing, coordinating pickups/deliveries, and overseeing basic garment processing using in-store machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, receive garments, and issue delivery receipts

• Prepare bills/invoices using the system or software provided

• Inspect garments for stains/damages and tag them correctly for wash or dry clean

• Plan and update daily pickup/delivery routes with riders

• Coordinate with the plant team for orders not processed at the store

• Supervise and assist in in-store machine processing of select garments

• Guide the store helper and ensure tasks are completed on time

• Maintain store cleanliness, packaging materials, and daily reports
