Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operations of the furniture showroom efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom looks attractive and well-organized.
Coordinate with the backend/e-commerce team for stock updates and order processing.
Manage billing, invoicing, and maintain sales records accurately.
Plan and execute promotional offers or in-store marketing activities.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock requirements.
Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations, including cleanliness and display setup.
