With a customer-first approach and a growing client base, they are looking for an energetic and organized Showroom Sales Executive to manage daily showroom operations and drive customer satisfaction.

Job Overview: Sunil Glass & Plywood is seeking a customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to handle the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client engagement, order processing, vendor coordination, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome walk-in customers and provide product recommendations based on their needs.

Manage showroom inquiries related to glass, plywood, and Birla Opus Paints.

Take client orders accurately and ensure timely entry into the system.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to place orders and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain product displays, inventory records, and showroom cleanliness.

Provide updates to clients on order status and assist with after-sales support.

Prepare basic quotations, invoices, and maintain daily sales records.

Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Support store-level reporting and assist in stock planning or reorder suggestions.

Required Skills:

2–3 years of experience in retail/showroom sales, preferably in building materials, paints, plywood, or hardware.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Kannada, English, and Hindi preferred).

Basic knowledge of billing, order tracking, and vendor coordination.

Familiarity with inventory and POS systems is an advantage.

Ability to multitask and handle showroom responsibilities independently.
