Role Overview:
We’re looking for a confident and well-presented Assistant Sales Executive to join our Bangalore showroom team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewellery, an eye for detail, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in selecting jewellery pieces suited to their personal style and occasion.
Maintain strong product knowledge across gold, diamond, and polki collections.
Support senior sales staff during client appointments and store events.
Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and inventory is well-maintained.
Manage billing, packaging, and coordinate after-sales service.
Record daily sales activity and customer feedback.
Participate in exhibitions and special brand events.
Uphold the brand’s legacy of trust and ensure a refined customer experience.
Skills & Qualities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada. Tamil is a plus.
Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and client-focused.
Comfortable using POS/billing software and basic Excel/WhatsApp Business tools.
