Location: Bangalore (On-site) - This is a customer facing role in our experience centers
Employment Type & Compensation:
Internship - 2/4 months (25,000 fixed + incentives)
Full-time - 4.2 LPA + 1.8 L incentives
Assist customers in selecting the appropriate materials for their projects, considering their needs, preferences, and budget.
Provide accurate and detailed information about different products, including features, benefits, alternative options and potential applications.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of interior design and architecture products
Build and maintain rapport with customers, establishing long-term relationships
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets
MBA/BBA students or recent graduates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
