Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Store Operations & Sales Executive who will manage daily store activities, handle sales, support exhibitions, manage inventory, and assist with basic product photography and listings. This role requires a mix of operational discipline, sales mindset, and aesthetic sense.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Sales
Manage day-to-day store operations and customer handling
Drive in-store sales and ensure excellent customer experience
Maintain store display, cleanliness, and product presentation
Handle billing, basic cash handling, and daily sales reporting
Exhibitions & Events
Represent Noori by Nikita at exhibitions, pop-ups, and fairs
Assist in stall setup, product display, and customer engagement
Actively promote products and close sales during events
Coordinate packing, transport, and return of exhibition inventory
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records (incoming, outgoing, sold items)
Coordinate inventory listing and tagging
Track fast-moving and slow-moving products
Assist in stock audits and replenishment planning
Product Listing & Photography
Capture basic product photos using mobile or camera
Assist in product cataloging for WhatsApp, website, or marketplace use
Ensure products are properly labeled and organized digitally
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in retail store operations or sales (fashion/jewellery preferred)
Comfortable with customer interaction and sales conversations
Willingness to travel for exhibitions and events
Basic knowledge of inventory handling
Interest in photography and product presentation
Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic Excel, or inventory apps
