Role Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Ice Cream Vendor to join our team. The vendor will be responsible for selling ice cream and related products, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining hygiene standards, and handling cash transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a polite and friendly manner.

• Prepare and serve ice creams, sundaes, shakes, and other frozen treats.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cart/kiosk/store at all times.

• Handle cash, digital payments, and provide accurate change.

• Restock ice cream and supplies as needed.

• Ensure products are stored at proper temperatures and follow food safety guidelines.

• Upsell and promote special flavors or combos to increase sales.

• Keep daily sales records and report to management.

• Follow company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food vending or customer service preferred (but not mandatory).

• Basic math skills for handling cash.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in outdoor/indoor environments as required.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Physically fit to stand for long hours and carry supplies when needed.
