
Key Responsibilities of Service Associate:
Customer Service:
• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with ticket purchases and provide information on showtimes and seating.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide assistance to patrons with disabilities or special needs.
Ticketing and Box Office:
• Operate the ticketing system to sell and print tickets.
• Manage cash, credit, and other forms of payment accurately.
• Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
Concessions:
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including popcorn, candy, and drinks.
• Upsell promotional items and combo deals to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Ushering:
• Check and collect tickets at the theater entrance.
• Assist patrons in finding their seats and ensure the auditorium is clean and orderly.
• Monitor the theater during showings to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Assist in crowd control during busy times and special events.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance:
Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with special events and promotions as needed.
Education:
12th Pass or Graduation
