📝 Job SummaryThe Showroom Sales Person is responsible for managing the client experience from the moment they enter the showroom. This role involves understanding the unique needs of hoteliers, chefs, and kitchen consultants, and guiding them to the right products. The ideal candidate will combine deep product knowledge with exceptional sales skills to drive revenue and build lasting B2B relationships.🔑 Key Responsibilities * Client Engagement: Warmly greet and welcome all clients (e.g., hotel owners, procurement managers, chefs, kitchen designers) to the showroom. * Consultative Sales: Actively listen to client requirements, project specifications, budgets, and timelines. Provide expert consultation on our full range of hotel kitchen materials, including workstations, sinks, shelving, trolleys, and custom fabrication. * Product Demonstration: Conduct thorough product demonstrations, highlighting the features, benefits, and superior quality of Janta Steel's stainless steel grades and finishes. * Quotation & Follow-up: Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations, proposals, and layout suggestions. Proactively follow up on all leads and quotes to convert them into sales. * Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. * Showroom Management: Ensure the showroom is immaculately maintained, well-organized, and visually appealing. Manage product displays, update pricing, and ensure all items are correctly labeled. * CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales, and leads in the company CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales activity and client feedback. * Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new developments in commercial kitchen equipment.
