Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism

• Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable jewellery options

• Showcase and explain product features, pricing, materials, and craftsmanship

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business

• Ensure product displays are neat, attractive, and aligned with brand standards

• Process sales transactions and handle billing and inventory updates

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Coordinate with backend and stock teams for inventory checks and replenishment

• Stay updated on latest collections, offers, and industry trends

• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and brand representation

Requirements:

• Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or fashion sales preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused personality

• Ability to understand client needs and close sales

• Basic computer knowledge (for billing & CRM software)

• Fluent in Hindi, English (Punjabi is a plus)
