Position Overview:
The Retail Head will oversee the complete retail operations across existing and upcoming company-owned stores and lead the brand into its next phase of growth and franchising. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in store management, sales strategy, brand relationships, and retail expansion, along with the leadership skills to build and manage high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Retail Operations & Performance
Lead and manage all 29+ retail outlets across Delhi NCR to achieve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets and drive growth.
Regularly review store performance, footfall, and conversion metrics.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, visual merchandising, and brand guidelines across all stores.
2. Expansion & New Store Rollout
Plan and execute store expansion roadmap from 29 to 65+ stores.
Coordinate with projects, real estate, and design teams for new store openings.
Evaluate new catchment areas, customer potential, and competition for upcoming locations.
3. Brand Relations & Vendor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with leading mobile brands (Samsung, Apple, OnePlus, Vivo, Oppo, etc.) and distributors.
Negotiate commercial terms, schemes, and marketing support with brand partners.
Coordinate brand-led campaigns, in-store visibility, and training initiatives.
4. Team Leadership & Training
Manage and mentor Area Managers, Store Managers, and retail staff.
Create performance-based incentive structures to drive motivation and productivity.
Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, upselling, and customer engagement.
5. Customer Experience & Service Quality
Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience across all stores.
Implement service standards and handle escalations effectively.
Use feedback and NPS insights to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Inventory & Commercial Management
Monitor stock levels, sales trends, and reorder plans in coordination with supply and warehouse teams.
Minimize ageing stock, pilferage, and inventory mismatch.
Oversee billing, credit management, and reconciliation with brands and distributors.
7. Franchise Readiness & Process Setup
Develop the framework and SOPs for franchise operations and profitability models.
Identify potential franchise partners and support the franchise rollout process.
Ensure consistent brand identity and operational excellence in franchise stores.

Education
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
