Job Title: Retail Jewellery Sales
Location: EF-IF Diamonds, T. Nagar, Chennai
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational week off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their jewellery requirements professionally and courteously.

• Showcase and explain product features, quality, and pricing to customers.

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a delightful shopping experience.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain sales records accurately.

• Maintain product display, stock arrangement, and overall showroom presentation.

• Stay updated on jewellery trends, product knowledge, and company policies.

• Address customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).

• Prior experience in jewellery/retail sales is an added advantage.

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi/Telugu knowledge is a plus).

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, pleasing personality, and sales-driven mindset.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
