Role Overview

We are hiring smart, design-oriented sales professionals with an Interior Design or Architectural background for our upcoming Luxury Furniture Experience Store.
The consultant will guide premium clients with design-based suggestions, product knowledge, and personalised solutions — ensuring a high-end buying experience.

This is not a regular sales job.
It is a luxury design consultation + sales role for elite customers.

1. Premium Client Consultation

• Understand client lifestyle, taste, and space requirements.

• Provide expert advice on layouts, measurements, colour combinations, and space planning.

• Offer design-based solutions for luxury furniture selection.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Present luxury collections with strong product knowledge.

• Suggest add-on sales: carpets, décor, lighting, consoles, wall panels, custom pieces, etc.

• Prepare quotations and follow-up professionally.

• Achieve monthly sales targets with high conversion rates.

3. Product & Material Knowledge

• Explain materials (teak, ash, walnut), fabrics, finishes, mechanisms, customizations.

• Stay updated on new luxury arrivals and international design trends.

4. Store Experience Management

• Maintain a premium showroom atmosphere and visual merchandising standards.

• Ensure every client receives a luxury-level walk-through experience.

5. Customer Relationship Building

• Build long-term relationships with VIP clients, architects, and designers.

• Provide post-purchase support and coordinate with installation teams.

• Maintain CRM records, follow-up logs, and client preferences.

Required Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Furniture Design (mandatory).

• 1–3 years of experience in design, luxury retail, or related field.

• Strong communication in English & Tamil.

• Good design sense, visualization, and client presentation skills.

• Confident personality with premium customer handling skills.

• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Knowledge of space planning, material selection, and design principles.

• Experience working with luxury clients or premium showrooms.

• Ability to understand floor plans & measurements.

Salary Package

₹23,000 – ₹32,000 (based on experience)
