Job Summary:

We are hiring a smart and customer-oriented Sales Executive for our premium ethnic wear store located near Pacific Mall, Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and styling.

• Maintain strong product knowledge of ethnic wear (sherwanis, kurtas, sarees, lehengas, etc.).

• Achieve personal and store sales targets.

• Handle billing, exchanges, and customer feedback efficiently.

• Ensure store cleanliness, product display, and stock management.

• Build and maintain good customer relationships for repeat business.

• Follow grooming standards and uphold a professional image.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in retail / apparel / fashion sales.

• Excellent communication and selling skills.

• Presentable personality with a good sense of fashion.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge (POS / billing system preferred).

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (Based on experience and skills)
