Job Title: Retail Salesperson / Shop Sales Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives

About the Role:

We are hiring a motivated and customer-friendly Salesperson for our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing product displays, and helping drive daily sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with product selection

• Provide product knowledge and suggest items based on customer needs

• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of merchandise on shelves/racks

• Process billing and handle cash/card transactions (if required)

• Manage stock levels, inventory updates, and coordinate with the store manager

• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent in-store service

• Meet daily/weekly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above

• Experience in retail sales preferred (freshers also welcome)

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Polite, hardworking, and customer-focused attitude

• Basic math and billing knowledge (POS machine experience is a plus)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in garments, electronics, FMCG, cosmetics, or footwear retail

• Local language fluency and basic English understanding

• Team player with the ability to multitask
