Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.

• Demonstrate product features, purity, certification, and pricing clearly.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.

• Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

2. Product Knowledge

• Maintain thorough knowledge of all jewellery categories (gold, diamonds, platinum, solitaires, collections).

• Explain making charges, karat purity, stone details, and offers accurately.

• Stay updated with new arrivals and seasonal collections.

3. Store Operations

• Ensure display counters are neat, well-organized, and maintained as per VM standards.

• Handle stock movement, tagging, and daily inventory management.

• Follow billing, cash handling, and documentation procedures.

• Support during festivals, events, and customer engagement activities.

4. Compliance & SOPs

• Follow Tanishq policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.

• Ensure proper documentation for exchanges, returns, and repairs.

• Maintain high standards of store hygiene and grooming.

5. Team Coordination

• Work closely with VM team, cashier, inventory officers, and other sales staff.

• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience in retail sales.

• 2–4 years of experience in jewellery or premium retail (preferred).

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

• Good selling and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge
