1. Deliver an exceptional luxury showroom experience to every customer
2. Handle walk-in customers confidently, especially when the sales team is occupied
3. Provide detailed showroom tours, explaining products, layouts, and brand values
4. Ensure every customer is attended to with warmth, professionalism, and care
5. Maintain showroom aesthetics and ensure a premium ambiance
6. Coordinate closely with the CRM team to manage customer data, feedback, and follow-ups
7. Follow CRM escalation guidelines promptly in case of customer dissatisfaction
8. Work closely with the Managing Director (MD) to share ground-level insights
9. Identify gaps in customer experience and proactively suggest improvements
10. Act as a brand ambassador, representing luxury, trust, and excellence at all times
