Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and confident Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Aari Tari Fashions Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience at our store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the store.

• Explain product features, designs, and prices to customers.

• Help customers choose outfits and provide styling suggestions.

• Handle billing and maintain sales records.

• Keep the store clean, well-arranged, and attractive.

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

• Report customer feedback and sales performance to the manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude.

• Experience in retail or fashion sales preferred (freshers can also apply).

• Should be punctual and presentable.
