Position Title: Crew Member
Department: Operations / Service
Reports To: Shift Manager / Store Manager
A Crew Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the café/QSR. The role includes preparing food & beverages, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness while upholding the brand’s values.
Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process billing using POS systems.
Prepare and serve food, beverages, and menu items as per recipes and brand standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, counter, and kitchen.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols.
Assist in stock replenishment, inventory rotation, and daily operational checks.
Support colleagues and maintain teamwork for smooth shift operations.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
Adhere to grooming standards, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Basic knowledge of food & beverage handling.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum: 10th / 12th pass (or equivalent).
Prior experience in QSR, café, or F&B service is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
Freshers with a passion for hospitality are welcome.
