Key Responsibilities –
1. Order Processing & Management
Handle end-to-end order processing with accuracy and within defined timelines.
Ensure all orders are correctly documented and updated in the system.
2. Billing & Documentation
Prepare customer bills accurately as per company guidelines.
Maintain daily billing records and ensure error-free documentation.
3. Stock Handling (Opening & Closing)
Manage daily stock opening and closing.
Verify physical stock with system data and report discrepancies immediately.
Maintain stock accuracy for all order-related items.
4. Order Entry (Inward & Outward)
Record all inward and outward orders in the system on a real-time basis.
Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and documentation for each order movement.
5. Coordination with Head Office
Maintain regular communication with HO for order approvals, status updates, and dispatch details.
Resolve order-related queries by coordinating with relevant departments.
Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in order processing, retail operations, or e-commerce (jewellery background preferred).
Strong command of MS Excel and basic systems operations.
High accuracy, attention to detail, and process-driven mindset.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced big-store environment.
