The Senior Style Associate acts as a style advisor and sales leader on the floor. This role is responsible for delivering a superior customer experience, achieving sales targets, guiding team members, and supporting store operations.
Assist customers by understanding their preferences and suggesting suitable products.
Build long-term customer relationships with personalized service.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell to maximize average bill value (ABV).
Handle objections and convert walk-ins into buyers.
Assist with stock checks, replenishment, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
Ensure proper usage of POS systems and accurate billing.
Follow SOPs, policies, and ensure store hygiene and display standards.
Support the Store Manager in daily floor activities.
Mentor and guide junior staff to improve sales and service.
Step in as store in-charge during the Store Manager’s absence.
Education: Min. HSC or Graduate
Experience: 2+ years in fashion/lifestyle retail
Age: 20–35 years
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications
Good grooming, styling sense, and product knowledge
Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts
