We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Query Executive to support our purchasing operations and handle client/vendor queries efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supplier communication, negotiating pricing, and ensuring timely procurement of products and services in line with market and client requirements. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth procurement workflows and maintaining clear communication across departments and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Act as the primary point of contact with suppliers and vendors

· Research and identify potential suppliers for pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products

· Collect and compare quotations to evaluate pricing and terms

· Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors

· Maintain supplier databases and records of pricing, contracts, and correspondence

· Prepare daily reports, track procurement status, and update internal systems

· Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement with market needs and company goals

TECHNICAL & SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

· Basic knowledge of procurement or supply chain process is a plus
