We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Jewellery Manager to oversee daily operations, manage customer relations, and ensure smooth coordination across sales and design teams. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery department/showroom.
Supervise sales staff and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
Monitor inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and oversee quality control.
Handle client interactions, consultations, and after-sales service.
Collaborate with design and production teams to meet business goals.
Prepare sales reports and analyze performance trends.
Ensure store presentation aligns with brand standards.
Travel quarterly for events, exhibitions, and coordination meetings.
