Job Overview:
We are looking for customer-oriented individuals to join our team as In-Store Sales Executives at Apollo Pharmacy outlets. The role involves promoting and selling credit cards to walk-in customers at the store, as well as reaching out to potential customers in nearby locations.
Key Responsibilities:
In-Store Sales
Engage with pharmacy customers to pitch credit card offerings
Clearly explain product features, eligibility, benefits, and usage
Collect and verify KYC documents as per banking guidelines
Ensure 100% accuracy in documentation and submit it to the backend team daily
Address customer queries and assist with onboarding
Field Sales
Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to promote credit cards
Generate leads through footfall engagement, referrals, and cold calling
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion
Operations
Maintain daily records of interactions, applications, and sales conversions
Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and processing
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and customer-friendly attitude
Basic knowledge of credit cards and KYC norms is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month
