To ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service across all touchpoints of the cinema—ticketing, concessions, ushering, and general guest interactions.
1. Guest Experience:
Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant cinema experience.
Assist guests in ticket booking, seat selection, and resolving any queries.
Handle customer feedback and escalate concerns to the supervisor when required.
2. Box Office Operations:
Manage ticket sales through POS systems accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash and digital transactions with zero discrepancies.
Maintain queue management and assist in online booking redemptions.
3. Concessions (Food & Beverage):
Promote and sell food & beverage items proactively.
Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Refill counters, manage inventory, and support daily stock audits.
4. Floor & Auditorium Management:
Guide guests to their respective screens and seats.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of auditoriums before and after every show.
Ensure safety, security, and compliance with cinema SOPs during shows.
5. Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with projection, housekeeping, and security teams for smooth show operations.
Support team members during rush hours and special events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Grooming and personal presentation as per brand standards.
Minimum 12th + Diploma in aviation or Hotel management or Graduate (any stream) or Graduate in Hotel management&Aviation.
Prior experience in hospitality, customer service preferred (freshers may also apply).
Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
