Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products.

• Offer knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs.

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Store Operations

• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays as per brand standards.

• Monitor and manage stock on the sales floor; report shortages.

• Assist in receiving, tagging, and arranging new inventory.

• Handle billing, returns, and exchanges using POS systems.

Visual Merchandising

• Support the implementation of Westside’s visual merchandising guidelines.

• Ensure mannequins, shelves, and racks reflect the brand image.

• Keep fitting rooms organized and customer-friendly.

Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with store managers and colleagues to achieve store goals.

• Participate in training, performance reviews, and new initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer and math skills.

• Customer-first mindset.

Preferred

• Prior retail or fashion sales experience.

• Knowledge of merchandising, sales operations, and inventory handling.
