Key Responsibilities
Stock Monitoring & Control: Track incoming/outgoing goods, maintain accurate records, prevent stockouts/overstocking, and manage inventory systems (ERP/ZOHO).
Auditing & Accuracy: Perform physical counts, reconcile records with physical stock, and investigate discrepancies.
Replenishment & Procurement: Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, place purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Warehouse Management: Organize storage, optimize space, ensure proper handling, and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to management.
